General Property Management (GPM) is a full-service property management company with over 50 years of collective experience in managing retail, office, and industrial properties.  GPM was established in 2004, and currently manages over 350,000 square feet of commercial space.

Some of these properties are leased by the State of Utah and Federal government entities.  These full-service leases require a professional hands-on management approach with a focus on having a precise understanding and execution of lease requirements, while establishing and nourishing good tenant/landlord relationships to ensure future lease renewals.

Jed Morley

Jed has been a real estate Principle Broker for over 20 years and has been involved in all aspects of real estate since 1994. In 2004 he organized GPM and has built a solid team of professionals who run a full service commercial real estate management company.

Bailey Butters

Bailey attended the University of Utah and Brigham Young University majoring in Busniess/ Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate.  He has 49-years of full-time experience in the real estate industry.  He excels in accommodating property owners with sound real
estate advice in Sales, Marketing, Leasing, Financing and Property Management. His expertise includes commercial, industrial, property management and land development with hands-on personal services in preparing all manner of real estate documentation. 

John Ashworth

John has been GPM’s daily operations manager since 2008. He holds both an MBA and Bachelor’s in Science from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in Finance. John takes great pride in optimizing property owner’s return on investment by implementing proven systems to strengthen tenant relationships, execute proactive property maintenance, and provide strategic financial oversight.
