General Property Management (GPM) is a full-service property management company with over 30 years of collective experience in managing retail, office, and industrial properties.  GPM was established in 2004, and currently manages over 350,000 square feet of commercial space.

Some of these properties are leased by the State of Utah and Federal government entities.  These full-service leases require a professional hands-on management approach with a focus on having a precise understanding and execution of lease requirements, while establishing and nourishing good tenant/landlord relationships to ensure future lease renewals.

The GPM team has extensive real-world experience in property development, construction, maintenance, accounting, leasing, and sales. It relies on a hands-on management approach to manage the physical and financial aspects of its clients’ investments. This competency allows for a common sense management approach that has proven to be an invaluable resource to its clients.

Jed Morley

Mr. Morley has been a real estate Principle Broker for over 20 years and has been involved in all aspects of real estate since 1994. In 2004 he organized GPM and has built a solid team of professionals who run a full service commercial real estate management company.

John Ashworth

Mr. Ashworth has been the daily operations manager since 2008. Before joining GPM, John had over 15 years experience in project management and still holds his Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials. John graduated from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management with an emphasis in Finance.

Becky Jones Memmott

Ms. Memmott has over 30 years serving local and national companies with their outsource accounting and tax documents, and has been working with GPM since 2011. She has worked extensively with CPA firms and knows exactly what is needed to keep your accounting and tax records in order.
